General Transportation
By Train
Lisbon → Sintra line from Rossio Station (40 min ride).
From Sintra Station you can taxi or rideshare (~15 min) to Colares.
By Car
To Lisbon (Alfama): follow Av. Infante Dom Henrique → park at Largo das Portas do Sol (public lot).
To Colares (Quinta dos Pinheiros): A5 motorway westbound → exit “Sintra/Colares” → signs for Quinta. Free onsite parking.
Taxis & Rideshares
Apps: Bolt, Free Now, Uber—all operate in Lisbon and Sintra.
Expect 10–20 min wait times in peak hours.
By Air
Fly into Lisbon Portela Airport (LIS), just 10 km from the city centre.
Taxis/Uber/Bolt from arrivals: ~15 min to city center.

We’re arranging a private shuttle just for our guests—no hassle, direct from central Lisbon to Colares:
Departure point: Praça do Comércio (details to follow)
Times:
Outbound: 1 PM & 1:45 PM on November 1
Return: 11 PM & Midnight

Where to Stay
Tip: For a true “Lisbon” vibe, stay near Alfama/Baixa—but to be closest to the reception, opt for Sintra/Colares.
1. Lisbon Neighbourhoods (near the church)
Alfama / Baixa – winding streets, fado bars, historic charm
